 Intro sentence  Point  Explanation  Evidence  Link  Concluding sentence Christianity and Scientology both differ in their image of God; one believes in a Holy Trinity and the other believes in a non- defined Supreme Being. Both view the concept of God in different ways. For Christians, the concept of the Holy Trinity represents the image of God. The Holy Trinity includes three entities that together form only one God: God the Father, Jesus the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Bible quotes: “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit,” (Matthew 28:19 NASB). Therefore, this verse shows that these are three separate entities, but all form the one God of Christianity. On the other hand, Scientology only has a vague image of God, they identify this through their Eight Dynamic called the urge toward existence as infinity (scientology.org). They believe that there is a supreme being but that it is not yet fully discovered; this needs to be done through science. For them, this is different than Christians as they have “no set dogma concerning God that it imposes on its members” (scientology.org). In summary, their image of God is different as Christians believe in a specific Holy Trinity while Scientologists believe in a Supreme Being that is yet to be discovered through science.

 Your first sentence needs to clearly identify what you will talk about in the paragraph (your comparison and/or your contrasting)  it should identify:  both religions,  your concept and  if they’re similar and/or different.
