Pathway phases IITD Best Practice Event Cork MonthPhaseParticipants will: 1Phase 1: Registration and Assessment  register onto the programme and receive programme guides  conduct online assessments, along with your nominated observers  meet with line managers to set objectives for the programme  have coaching session 1 with assigned coach 2Phase 2: Workshop 1  attend workshop 1 3 & 4Phase 3: Application of learning  meet with line manager to review learning, agree learning project and other actions  complete project  complete 3 short online learning modules  check in regularly with ‘pen pals’  have coaching session 2 5Phase 4: Workshop 2  attend workshop 2 6Phase 5: Programme Close  meet with line managers to review learning and agree personal development plan  have coaching session 3  participate in group presentation to CMT outlining learning during Pathway  receive certificates after completing all programme elements
