2 HQ IMCOM ACAP ACAP UPDATE HQ IMCOM MISSION: To provide the Army with the installation capabilities and service to support expeditionary operations in a time of persistent conflict, and to provide a quality of life for Soldiers and their Families commensurate with their service. ACAP PROGRAM MISSION: To deliver a world class Transition Program for America’s Army that empowers members to make informed career decisions through benefits counseling and employment assistance. Our vision is to ensure all transitioning members of America’s army are provided the knowledge, skills and self confidence to be competitive in the global work force. Established in IMCOM ACAP PROGRAM MISSION:. The Army Career and Alumni Program is dedicated to providing a systematic approach to ensure command support, installation infrastructure and effective program management to sustain quality transition assistance services to Soldiers, Civilian employees and their Family Members, who have unselfishly served their nation.
