Discussion : - statement of work : We count the number of classrooms and meeting rooms in Taibah University and it is 400 classrooms and meeting rooms. 1) Wiring and installing the projectors in classrooms and meeting rooms ( 4 months ) 2) Testing the system and fixing the problems ( 6 months ) Our company is the only one who gives a test period. We have 6 month test period and 3 years warranty.

Costs : Projectors. ($ for each ) Projection Screen. ($ for each ) Projector Mount. ($ for each ) We have 400 classrooms and meeting rooms. The total cost is $425,392.00

Evaluation and Forecast : We finished the first task perfectly. We can say we accomplished 80% of our tasks. This project will be completed after 4 months as we mentioned in our proposal before.
