 Positive emotions: I feel happy and satisfied.  Engagement: I enjoy learning new things.  Relationships: I have people in my life who love and care about me.  Meaning: I feel like what I do is important and it gives me a sense of purpose.  Achievement: It’s important to accomplish my goals it gives me a feeling of self worth and success.
