 Sanction any lateness (8:30 – 8:45) by using the BehaviourWatch punctuality tab.  Set the tone for the day; consistency in applying school rules

 Liaise with House Managers over any concerns with behaviour, uniform and attendance.  Can’t do it all yourself; know when to refer for support.

 Lead by example, living out the school ethos and mission on a daily basis.  We may be their only role-model

 Encourage outstanding attendance and punctuality at all times by tracking students’ individual attendance.  Look out for RAG tracking sheets in September; use them.
