MTAC #102 3 Progress- Advance Notification Defined Advance Notification Specification  Mail.Dat & Web Services Worked with pilot participants to define processes for populating Advance Notification File  Frequency and latency (1 month to 3 days)  Source of Data –MLOCR Pilot will leverage forecasting data –Mail Preparer Pilot will leverage in-stream list data  Method of transfer to USPS
