Goddess of Wisdom and War She worked with Ares the God of War. Athena was the Goddess of more discipline aspect of war such as strategy.

Relationships She is the daughter of Zeus the ruler of Greek Gods. Therefore has no mother because she sprang from her fathers forehead.

Facts About Athena’s “Birth” Athena a motherless child quickly became her fathers favorite. Athena was the only one of his children that he ever entrusted with his magic shield and the secret of where his lightening bolts were stored.
