Question “Does a student that is in the cohort (Sophomore) who took Algebra Honors in the school year (in middle school) transferring from a neighboring FL district need to sit and pass the Algebra I EOC? They come with the credit (awarded at the end of the school year) but do not appear to have ever sat for the EOC. Based on my understanding, I don’t think the student needs to. I believe this fails under the Universal Transfer of Credit section of SB 1076 and the new glitch bill but I want to ask the experts.” 16
