2. How can goals and priorities help you manage time? Goals help a person identify what he or she wants to accomplish, and priorities help a person decide what is most important

3. What is a “To-Do-List”? a list of what you need and want to accomplish categorized by priority a list of what you need and want to accomplish categorized by priority

4. Why is scheduling leisure time valuable? People need leisure for good mental and emotional health; too much leisure time, however, can create problems.

5. What are four time management tools that people can buy? Calendars, date books, computer planning programs, and electronic planners

6. What are three time management troublemakers? Wasting time, procrastination, and over commitment

7. What method can people use to attempt to limit procrastination? Make lists; do unpleasent jobs first; avoid distractions and interuptions; set up a schedule

8. What is over commitment, and how can you deal with it? It is taking on too many tasks; learning how to say no
