Who is Residence Life? Residence Life is the people who take care of you while in the residence halls. Community Assistants – Student staff members who live on each floor of every hall. Hall Director – full time professionals who live in the hall. Desk Assistants – Students who work at each front desk in every hall Res Life
What do we do? Promote academic success with Learning Lounges and Cole Student Success Center Provide educational and social programs through the First-Year Commons program Collaborate with faculty and staff advisors in our Residential Learning Communities Res Life

Roommate/Suitemate Communication Learn communication skills, conflict resolution and time management Roommate agreements completed with CA during first 2 weeks If an issue arises, try talking to your roommate/suitemate first If that doesn’t work, the CA can help Res Life
