UNDP and Caribbean SIDS In implementing the mandates of the BPOA and MSI, UNDP has focused its support in 3 Areas: ADVOCACY FOR SIDS IN INTERNATIONAL FORA SPECIFIC TO VULNERABILITY TO CLIMATE CHANGE, SEA LEVEL RISE AND GLOBAL WARMING, ENERGY CHALLENGE
