Your lymphatic system returns leaked fluids to blood vessels. Also helps fight gems. LYMPHATIC SYSTEM

Lymphatic System Organs Lymph Nodes are small bean-shaped organs where particles or dead cells are removed from the lymph Spleen Is the largest lymph organ. It filters blood and produces Lyphocytes

Lymphatic System Organs cont. Thymus it produces lyphocytes Tonsils defend the body against infections

Lymphatic System Diseases Lymphoma –cancer of the lymphatic system Non-Hodgkin lymphoma

Endocrine System Is involved with the control of slower, long –term processes, such a fluid balance, growth, and sexual development.

Endocrine System Organs Pituitary Gland- Secretes hormones that affect other glands and organs. Thyroid Gland- Increases the rate at which you use energy.

Endocrine System Organs cont. Parathyroid Glands- Regulate calcium levels in the blood. Thymus Glands- Regulates the immune system. Which help your body fight disease.

Endocrine System Organs Adrenal Glands- help the body respond to stress and danger. Pancreas- Regulate blood sugar levels. Ovaries- Produce hormones involved in reproduction. Testes- In males, produce hormones involved in reproduction.
