CAASP Testing Expectations and Protocol

Monday CAASP Testing 0 Monday we will begin this room and Review Testing CHAMPS. 0 We will all walk together at a level 0 to the testing room. 0 Absolutely NO CELL PHONES. They must be zipped up in the backpacks. 0 You must bring your AR book. No book, you will have a break detention with me the next day. 0 You may bring your own ear buds for the exam. Headphones will be provided for you at the testing room.

Testing Room 0 The testing room is set up with computers. 0 No pulling on the mouse, or misusing the headphones. 0 You will line up in two lines at the testing room as I hand out your log in information card. 0 You may bring your own headphones for the test. 0 Backpacks must be lined up at the front of the classroom.

Tuesday Testing 0 We will meet at the testing room on Tuesday, not Ms. Gonzales’ room. 0 We will line up quietly at the testing room in 2 lines. 0 Please line up at a level 0 in 2 lines. 0 I will hand you, your log in information card. 0 Next, you will have only your AR book and line your back pack up in the front of the classroom.

CAASP Characteristics 0 There is a lot of reading involved with multiple articles to read over. 0 Take your time reading such sources and DO NOT rush through the test. 0 Grammar and Punctuation will also be on the test. 0 Lastly, writing will also be on the test. Such as completing the conclusion of an essay.

Testing Musts 0 You must, get enough rest during testing. Please go to sleep early during testing days, especially this coming Sunday. 0 You must have a healthy breakfast and lunch during testing days. 0 You must be present to take the test, no unexcused absences during testing. 0 Must be following CHAMPS, no second chances. Automatically sent to the office for talking.
