MAJ Piotr PIETRAKOWSKI, PhD Tel.: / Mrs. Anna ZAMIAR-ZIÓŁKOWSKA, MA - Registration Tel.: In order to deepen and strengthen the existing cooperation in officer education, the institutions: National University of Public Service, Budapest - Hungary Nicolae Balcescu Land Forces Academy, Sibiu - Romania Theresan Military Academy, Wiener Neustadt - Austria University of Defence, Brno - Czech Republic iMAF, as a scientific military forum, shall be an institutional annual debating and working platform for officer education and training, in particular for the organizing institutions and for invited partner institutions, military academies, military universities and organizations dealing with military education. This iMAF edition aims at modeling new forms of cooperation in the education of future officers with the use of external funds. The participants should elaborate solutions that will provide us with additional sources of financing, which would create more possibilities to develop scientific research and share knowledge between institutions in order to improve our impressive educational competences in the aim of consolidation of the military higher education in the EU. Focused on external funds and deepening the European security and defense culture, as well as increasing mobility within ERASMUS+ programme, the iMAF 2016 will ensure the optimum balance between the subject matters of a common international semester and the current security challenges.
