“Scoring is holistic, based on 3 categories (scale is 0 to 4)” 1. Delivery: clear, fluid, pace, intonation (sustain for whole time without repetitions) 2. Language use: grammar & vocab. 3. Topic development: how fully you answer, how clearly you express your ideas, how you connect ideas.
