Eggs are notorious in the world of fitness and diet. It has dual reputation among the experts here. Some think eggs are healthy while some reject them for fats and cholesterol. It becomes an absolute no for cholesterol sensitive people. But now people have managed to create a middle ground. They are taking all good benefits of eggs while rejecting saturated fats. They are simply removing the egg yolk. Egg white is really best package of micronutrients, proteins and it is low on calories as well. A single egg has lot more cholesterol than recommended. But if you remove the yolk, the cholesterol content becomes almost zero.

People are getting aware of this fact. Products such as natural liquid egg white by Egg Whites 24/7 are getting popular. The medical science says that people with cardiovascular conditions or diabetes should never consume more than 200 mg of cholesterol per day. If you are one of those, then consuming only eggs white for protein intake would be best. Even people with no health condition are advised to consume cholesterol less than 300 mg. So even these people can reduce daily cholesterol intake by consuming only egg white. Fish, poultry and meat are excellent sources of protein as well. But these products also come with lot of carbohydrates, saturated fats and cholesterol. You can’t even separate cholesterol from these ingredients.natural liquid egg white by Egg Whites 24/7

But you can remove 55 calories from that just by eliminating egg yolk.

The egg white from single large egg just has 16 calories. You can totally cook omelet from three eggs white with minimum calories. The egg white has zero fat content. It has 6.6 mcg selenium, 3.6 mg magnesium, 4.9 mg phosphorus and 1.3 mcg of folate. This makes it perfect source of micronutrients.
