Geotechnical Testing Locations HOLT ROAD BANCROFT ROAD WEST KNOLL ROAD SOUTH MAIN STREET

McArdle Gannon Associates prepared the preliminary geotechnical studies. 17 Borings & 15 Test Pits Geotechnical analysis concluded no impact to any option. Existing topsoil and subsoil are unsuitable for structural support. Soils between feet are to be excavated and replaced with structural fill. Preliminary foundation recommendation is for shallow spread footings with a slab-on-grade. (No structural piles required) Stabilized groundwater between 2’-6” and 3’-8” observed through monitoring wells. Geotechnical Report Summary

Geo-Environmental Report Summary ADS Environmental Engineering prepared the Environmental Site Assessment Historic research, substrate samples, and analytical laboratory testing suggest no significant release of hazardous materials or release of oil. Analytic tests for metals and petroleum hydrocarbons were below reportable concentrations. Further investigation at location of removed below grade oil tank, above grade oil storage tank and tank enclosure will be required during Schematic Design phase.
