FAQ Continued Which mobile devices can support FSM? o iOS and Android mobile devices can use FSM. Microsoft Surface is not currently supported. Can task assignments of work orders be viewed from the dashboard? o No. Work order status and assignments can be viewed on the dashboard, but not at the task level Can FSM manage inventory? o There is no inventory management in FSM, but you can manage technician’s inventory from QuickBooks Can I search the serial number of a piece of equipment from FSM? o Serial numbers and model numbers are not searchable. However, you may locate the serial number and model number through report filters.
