Research question  What was the role of Ancient Chinese inventions and how had they spread to the whole world through silk road?

Something more  Paper- First made in Western Han Dynasty. Cai Lun was the first, who successfully made branch of paper. He used Hemp, defective cocoons of silk worms and ash. He mixed it with water, and dried in the sun. [2]  Gunpowder-mixture of sulfur, charcoal, and potassium nitrate. Was made when alchemists were finding the elixir immortality.[1]  Compass-first one was a lodestone on the bronze plate and automatically points to the south. Lodestone was carved in the shape of spoon [3]  Porcelain- Kind of ceramic produced in the extremely hot temperature[1]  Silk-If we’ll believe to legend, silk appeared when wife of yellow emperor were drinking tea in her garden.[3]  Paper- First made in Western Han Dynasty. Silk way or trade routes  Silk road is actually a caravan/trade roads, that were connected China And western Europe. Originating at Xi’an (Sian), the 4,000-mile (6,400-km) road, actually a caravan tract, followed the Great Wall of China to the northwest, bypassed the Takla Makan Desert, climbed the Pamirs (mountains), crossed Afghanistan, and went on to the Levant; from there the merchandise was shipped across the Mediterranean Sea.[2]

Spreading  Most of those Inventions were spread trough the silk road like good for selling. In another one people were interested, and searched for them and developed it by themselves. [1]
