Ocular History 51, female, Black- Caribbean 51, female, Black- Caribbean OD: complaints of floaters and blurred vision OD: complaints of floaters and blurred vision no complaints of pain, redness no complaints of pain, redness no systemic history no systemic history previously multiple episodes of ocular symptoms in the past previously multiple episodes of ocular symptoms in the past

First Presentation VA VA OD 6/24 OS 6/6 OD 6/24 OS 6/6 snowballs OU, no cells, no vitritis, no retinal vasculitis snowballs OU, no cells, no vitritis, no retinal vasculitis ERM OU and vitreomacular traction syndrome OD>OS ERM OU and vitreomacular traction syndrome OD>OS

First Presentation - FLA  OD: leakage and vasculitis temporal to the fovea

First Presentation - Spectralis OCT OU  vitreomacular traction

Diagnosis  inactive intermediate uveitis  vitreo-macular traction

Treatment vitrectomy for OD vitrectomy for OD VA improved to 6/9 VA improved to 6/9

Follow up until 3 Years no further flare up of uveitis no further flare up of uveitis no new gliosis no new gliosis without any medications without any medications
