Noise Abatement Task Force History – On August 7, 2002 the Pinellas County BCC adopted a resolution establishing the Aircraft Noise Abatement Task Force; first meeting took place in February Goal is to work with the community to explore methods of reducing aircraft noise and its impact on residential neighborhoods surrounding the Airport. Membership: 7-Residents, 1-Airline, 1-Cargo Carrier, 2- Military, 2-General Aviation, 1-Airport & 4-Advisory Members
