HOW DOES PERSONAL HYGİENE PROVİDE? You should not work with dirty hands. If you have major injuries,you shouldnot work.Also,if you have slight injuries,you should do medical dressing than continue working.

HOW DOES PERSONAL HYGİENE PROVİDE? Nails should be short and clear nail beds. Personal that contact with food,have not polished nails. Personal that contact with food,should use bonnets or hats for preventing fall off hair During working,personal should not touch to face,hair,clothes and money etc.If you touch to them,you should wash your hand immediately.

HOW DOES PERSONAL HYGİENE PROVİDE? Personal should not work with dirty clothes. During working,you should not smoke. During working,you should not chew gum. Employee’s clothes should not be used as towels. Personal that work in kitchens,should not use accessories.

HOW DOES PERSONAL HYGİENE PROVİDE? Personal should nor wear gloves with dirty hands. Hands should not washed sink that be washed food. Final product should not touched with hands.

HOW DOES PERSONAL HYGİENE PROVİDE? During prparing and servicing food,personal should not touch their nose,hair and eyebrow. Personal should not sit on benchies. Personal should not cough,sneeze and gape on food.

HOW DOES PERSONAL HYGİENE PROVİDE? Personal should not spit in food-related areas. Employees must work unless the patient doctor if appropriate. It continued shedding of microorganisms after the disease in some diseases. The staff should be working in such diseases as long as it is emitting.

PROTECTIVE CLOTHING Personal should work with clean clothes everytime. When the dirty clothes should be replaced with clean during the day. Each personal should have own work clothes. Each personal should have a spare working clothes.Personal should not climb and sit dirty areas with clothes. Employee’s clothes should not be used as towels. Required fields in galoshes and mouth caps should be used.

HOW IS HAND WASHED?

WASHING HANDS 1- Hands are wet with warm water(average 40°C) 2- with 5 ml of liquid soap, hand brushed for 30 seconds with a nail brush, 3- Rinsing with water, 4- Liquid soap taken again, 5- washed for about 10 seconds without brush, 6- Rinsing with water, 7- Founded in hand with paper towels or automatic dryer.
