The Scriptures teach us to live like we are dying. 2 Kings 20:1 In those days Hezekiah was sick and near death. Be prepared. Matthew 24:42 Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming. Philippians 1:21-22 For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain. 22 But if I live on in the flesh, this will mean fruit from my labor; yet what I shall choose I cannot tell. Temporal things are insignificant. Luke 12:15 And He said to them, “Take heed and beware of covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of the things he possesses.” Matthew 16:26 For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? Colossians 3:2-4 If we put things in perspective, we’ll find time For pray, worship, hospitality, checking on a struggling brother, holding that Bible study, etc…

We ARE Dying. Be Ready! Believe – John 8:24 Confess – Matthew 10:32-33 Repent – Luke 13:3 Be Baptized – Mark 16:16 Be Faithful – Revelation 2:10
