INGREDIENTS: 1 cup pumpkin seeds 4 tablespoons water 4 tablespoons cooked corn starch 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon turmeric (curcuma) 1 teaspoon of olive oil SERVINGS: 20 PREPARATION: Mill the pumpkin seeds, and then mix them with water in a blender. After getting a fine mixture add the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend for a very nice appearance. Key point for cooking corn starch: 1 tablespoon of corn starch is dissolved in 1/3 cup of cold water, then cooked at low temperature, stirring continually until getting a gelatin-like texture. INGREDIENTS: 1 cup of peanuts, little bit roasted 4 tablespoon of water 4 tablespoon of cooked corn starch 1 teaspoon olive oil 1/4 teaspoon salt SERVINGS: 20 PREPARATION: Mill the peanuts, then move them in a blender, add water and blend until creamy. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend together for a very fine texture. Key point: The more the peanuts roasted, the more bitter the peanut butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend until having a very fine mixture. Transfer them in a blender, add water and blend until getting creamy. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend in order to have a very fine appearance. Key point : for a nice color, add turmeric, or roast a little bit the seeds. For special flavor, add 2-3 drops of sesame seeds oil. INGREDIENTS: 1 cup of yellow peas flakes 2 cups water 1/2 cup olive oil 1 teaspoon coriander ½ teaspoon turmeric (curcuma) ½ teaspoon salt 6 tablespoons lemon juice 2 garlic cloves, crushed, optional 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, optional SERVINGS: 29 PREPARATION: Put the yellow peas flakes to cook in boiling water, stirring frequently. It will result a thick cream. Transfer that cream in a blender and add the rest of the ingredients. Blend this mixture until having a very fine creamy texture. Blend them with the remaining water, until having a cream. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to blend for a very fine creamy texture.
