At the first sight it seemed to us that Science and health courses had specific situations that could not be tough online. But is that really like that?

Can clinical issues be taught on-line?

Young people spend around 7 hours per day managing technology equipments, like computers, cell phones, i-pods

E-learning it will provide different kinds of learning opportunities within the Community Learning Centers. And it will provide a synergistic view of teaching and learning.
