It does not mean adopting innovations, one after another; it does mean producing the capacity to seek, critically assess, and selectively incorporate new ideas and practices – all the time, inside the organization as well as outside it. -Michael Fullan

Outcomes: Participants will…  Increase understanding of the new Common Core Curriculum Standards.  Review this year’s professional development experiences in Leadership I and II.  Synthesize our study of student engagement, the impact it has had on our practice, and how to move forward  Enhance relationships between and among DOI colleagues.
