Housing Corporation action  Revenue guarantees requirement removed, but did require: SP commissioning body support consistency with the Regional Housing Strategies capability of conversion into alternative use clear exit strategy  HC and ODPM wrote jointly to all LAs and RSLs encouraging them to work in partnership and bid  Remodelled units counted as new

National Affordable Housing Programme (NAHP)  Achieved Vulnerable People strategy aim to increase capital funding to supported housing and housing for older people  Regional Housing Strategy targets all met  Doubled allocations nationally to £385m  Increase of £¼ billion over 2 years  10% of programme
