COLLABORATION – Nice to see REFEDS being used to get inputs ACHIEVEMENTS – A lot of good work: -Draft Blueprint architecture -Several pilots ongoing: CILogon for EU, Hybrid authentication for libraries, Proxy model for libraries, ORCID SP Pilot, and more -Training – Basic training, SP-focused training, fact sheet -We have budget so suggestions are welcome! -Assurance Level baseline and differentiated assurance profiles, Sirtfi, RCauth.eu CA (now IGTF accredited) for CILogon pilot

5 What we could improve on We need to share things better: AARC general list is for people to understand what AARC does Website needs some updates Please share info also on the public wiki Can all send info about your talks? Proposal: Let’s have periodical (every 6 weeks?) videoconf where we share latest news. We should all (or most of us) attend When do we start?

6 AARC Calendar - would that be useful?

7 Milestones and Deliverables 90% delivered on time! Small delays, but that’s unavoidable Documents are very long: Let’s try something different: can we write shorter document? I.e 10 pages? Maybe we can start with 20 ;) And use the wiki for additional info Particularly for the milestones: we need a quota limit Anything to suggest ?
