FERPA (Family Educational Right to Privacy Act of 1974) = a Federal law that helps protect the privacy of student educational records. It provides students the right to inspect and review educational records, the right to seek to amend those records, and the right to limit disclosure of information from the records. The intent of the legislation is to protect the rights of students and to ensure the privacy and accuracy of educational records. In other words ….. any general information that is not specific to an individual can be freely given. Any person-specific information will not be given, unless written permission to do so is received from the student.

Why do they do that? There’s nothing to do here I thought it would be different I want to go home The people here are weird Our way is better than theirs The food is grossPeople here are rudeI miss my mom I’d have more fun with my friends back home

Everything here at home is boring I want to go back! Now!I feel more at home there than here I can’t wait to go back! Life there was more exciting The people there were cooler You just don’t understand! The food was better than anywhere else.
