VIEWPOINTS OF TIME TEMPO rate of speed at which a movement occurs DURATION how long a movement or sequence of movements continues
VIEWPOINTS OF TIME KINESTHETIC RESPONSE a spontaneous reaction to motion which occurs outside you the timing in which you respond to the external events of movement or sound the impulsive movement that occurs from a stimulation of the senses

VIEWPOINTS OF SPACE TOPOGRAPHY The landscape, floor pattern, or design created in movement through space
WHY STUDY VIEWPOINTS? SURRENDER there is no pressure to be interesting or force creativity we must trust in letting something occur onstage, rather than making it occur
WHY STUDY VIEWPOINTS? POSSIBILITY there is no good or bad, right or wrong – there is only possibility you are the ultimate authority
WHY STUDY VIEWPOINTS? CHOICE & FREEDOM awareness leads to greater choice, which leads to greater freedom you do not need to choose all of it all the time, but you are free to
WHY STUDY VIEWPOINTS? GROWTH self-assessment and self- awareness personal strengths and weaknesses, freedoms and inhibitions
