The Humanities Overview At Level 4, The Humanities learning area is separated into three key domains and as a result provides a more in-depth summary of the expected learning outcomes within this key learning area at the Upper Primary level. In order to promote this more specific outline of each of the humanities areas of study, the standards within each domain are also separated into two dimensions. History – Historical knowledge & understanding – Historical reasoning & interpretation Geography – Geographical knowledge – Geospatial skills Economics – Economic knowledge & understanding – Economic reasoning & interpretation
