Objectives of the Project  Boost Agriculture Production and income of the population.  Improve access hence marketing to from rural communities through improvement of provincial and feeder roads.  Establish and strengthening Community Organization as the institutions through which technical and social services can be provided.  Improve the status of women by targeting them for special attention in a culturally acceptable manner, including the provision of support to income generating activities.  Increase opportunities of employment in the project area particularly in off-farm activities.

Project Intervention Strategy  Target Group : Small land owners,tenants,landless and women.  Target Villages : Villages with 35 to 70 household & no basic infrastructure i.e. Road, School, Dispensary, Clean Drinking Water, Electricity etc.  Start of project Formation of Village & Women intervention: Organization, Basic Training, Savings & Regular Meetingsby the Members.  Identification Participatory Rapid Appraisal (PRA) is Of Scheme : conducted. Project Methodology  Approval : 80% of members should pass Resolution, social & technical feasibility and approval by Scheme Approval Committee.  Scheme Implementation: Terms of Partnership (TOP) is signed between Project & Community Members. Financial Support is provided by the Project. Construction Work is done by Community under the supervision of concerned Department.  Monitoring & Supervision : By the Project, Concerned Department, Community & Donor. After completion,community is responsible for maintenance.
