Disability Etiquette It is common for false assumptions to be made about people with disabilities. However more thought given to the words and phrases used can influence and change the way people think about and act towards, people with disabilities
Reasonable Adjustments Good practice suggests that employers must make reasonable adjustments to any ‘provision, criterion or practice’ that the employer applies and to physical features of any premises in order to accommodate the needs of a worker with a disability or job applicant.
