Medicaid Waivers Eligibility ► Intellectual Disability Waiver  Birth to age six: at developmental risk  Over six: MR/ID diagnosis ► Developmental Disabilities Waiver  Over six: developmental disability diagnosis ► Day Support Waiver  MR/ID diagnosis ► All require deficits in functional ability determined by a case manager or DMAS

Medicaid Waiver Employment- Related Services ► ID, DS & DD Waivers  Prevocational Services  Supported Employment Services ► Group & Individual Employment ► Requirement that DRS/IDEA funding be ruled out first
