The Payroll Manager is a comprehensive, very flexible suite of payroll modules which can meet the needs of any user. The system contains a Payroll Manager, Payroll Assistant, Pensions Manager, Loans Manager, Savings Manager, Coinage Manager and Salary Distribution. Payroll

The Payroll Manager can be changed using variable settings and formulas to accommodate any countries rules and any organisations requirements. Once set up the system is simple to use and maintain. Payroll

The Payroll Assistant is a spreadsheet type interface used to enter monthly variables to the payroll and simplifies and speeds the entry into the system. Payroll

The Pensions Manager can be set up with any set of rules to calculate both pensions, gratuities and outstanding loans for deductions from gratuities or pension. The system can also pay pensions monthly including making all the necessary deductions.

Payroll The Loans Manager provides the functionality to set up different loans with variable rules, interest rates, repayment terms, etc. and then manage these loans. The loans can be deducted from pay automatically have one off payments, be suspended or amalgamated etc.

Payroll The Savings Manager has the functionality to have any type of Savings Scheme set up and managed by the system. The rules, interest rates, monthly deductions, etc. are all user definable. Savings can be automatically deducted, suspended etc.

Payroll The Coinage Manager calculates the notes and coins required for each member of staff to be paid in cash.

Payroll Salary Distribution is used to allocate the destination of Employee Net Pay where regular payments are to be made to several different accounts for example; savings, attachment orders, multiple bank accounts, etc.
