PDHPE significantly contributes to the Physical, cognition, Social, emotional and spiritual development of students.

It provides opportunities for students to learn about, and practice ways of adopting and maintaining a healthy, productive and active life.

Feeling of connectedness with parents, family and school causes lower levels of smoking, drinking and any other drug use as well as lesser suicide rates.

Emotional wellbeing of students is promoted when the school provides an environment that enhances the protective factors that helps to build resilience and lessen the impact of adverse life events.

Cognition Level of child is enhanced because healthy mind dwells in healthy body
