Selecting a Database Alt Health Watch focuses on complementary, holistic and integrated approaches to health care and wellness offers full text articles for more than 180 international journals and reports Includes pamphlets, booklets, special reports, original research and book excerpts
Selecting a Database CINAHL indexes articles from 4600 nursing and allied health journals including access to the full- text of articles from 770 of those journals indexes articles from as far back as 1937 also provides full text for more than 275 books/monographs Provides access to a collection of evidence- based care sheets
