SHRM Board of Directors The SHRM Board of Directors is the ultimate governing body of the Society. The Board is also responsible for approving the policies of the Society Comprised of not fewer than eleven (11) nor more than fifteen (15) voting Directors, plus the President/CEO as an ex officio non-voting Director 12

Enterprising Leadership Award Wisconsin State Council Award It awards a chapter or chapters a grant to support a “partnership” with another WI-based organization that promotes communication and collaboration between HR and other business professionals/organizations across the state. It funds initiatives that are innovative and strive to bring business professionals together toward a common cause, led by the HR community. 20

WI SHRM Non-Profit Mentor Program 2014 Annual mentoring program for executive directors of 501(c)(3) organizations across the state of Wisconsin Targets 6 participants hosted by 5 chapters Program participation will be for the calendar year 2014 Provides education in the field of Human Resources through SHRM’s many resources Targets organizations that do not have a staff Human Resources Professional Sponsored by J.J.
