Mission of the marine corps The Marine Corps shall be organized, trained, and equipped to provide fleet Marine forces in the defense and seizure of advanced naval bases To conduct any operations as may be deemed necessary by the President of the United States Mission of the marine corps

A scalable, self sustained, task organized, deployable Marine combat organization, capable of engaging in any mission across the full spectrum of military operations What is a magtf?
