Luke 14:27 Whoever does not bear his own cross and come after me cannot be my disciple.” ESV

“It is the process of teaching others how to live out their lives totally committed to the word and will of God: this can be best described as ‘Transferrable Concepts’.”

Making it my business to be a disciple, first, and everything must follow my level of priorities. Addressing every issue from a godly perspective, never compromising my core- values and beliefs. We can glorify God by preparing our hearts; which will guarantee a positive impact in teaching others how to follow Him. We can glorify God by preparing our hearts; which will guarantee a positive impact in teaching others how to follow Him. Yesterday’s victories are not designed to guarantee today’s outcome; make sure that you understand the challenge of being a follower of Christ.

Mark 4:36Mark 4:36 And leaving the crowd, they took him with them in the boat, just as he was. And other boats were with him. Mark 4:37Mark 4:37 And a great windstorm arose, and the waves were breaking into the boat, so that the boat was already filling. Mark 4:38Mark 4:38 But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke him and said to him, "Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?” “The Challenges of the Call” “The Challenges of the Call”

Mark 4:39Mark 4:39 And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, "Peace! Be still!" And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. Mark 4:40Mark 4:40 He said to them, "Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?" Mark 4:41Mark 4:41 And they were filled with great fear and said to one another, "Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him? “The Challenges of the Call” “The Challenges of the Call”

As a disciple, challenges are designed for our spiritual growth and maturity 1.Every encounter is purposed and controlled by God. 2.Every encounter is designed to be, or seem to be, beyond our control. 3.Every encounter may seem like the Lord is absent, but silence does not mean absence. 4.Every encounter gives the Lord the opportunity to show Himself strong on our behalf.

5.Every encounter will require us to make a personal evaluation of our response. 6.There will be some encounters that will leave us in awe of the presence and power of God.
