WHAT IS DIVERSITY?  Any dimension that can be used to differentiate groups and people from one another  Respect for and appreciation of differences in ethnicity, gender, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, education, and religion  We all bring with us diverse perspectives, work experiences, life styles and cultures

WHAT IS EQUALITY? Everyone gets the same resources

WHAT IS EQUITY? Means giving each student/everyone access to the same resources they need to learn, thrive and be successful

WHAT IS INCLUSION?  A state of being valued, respected and supported  It’s about focusing on the needs of every individual and ensuring the right conditions are in place for each person to achieve his or her full potential
