The dangers of reading too much into test score!! a It may send the message ‘my intelligence is fixed’- high? low? This may lead to ‘why bother trying?’ or ‘I must look clever.’ The result tells us nothing about potential- ‘the capacity to develop my skills with over time.’ It will not define their life!
