Components of Results  Program Goals – Results Field  Briefly state the results in a sentence.  Include or attach the data you collected in summary form.  SLOs – Results Field  Enter the criterion for success. The “criterion for success” is the minimum percentage of students who pass the assessment that you consider to be acceptable for your program. If the criterion is less than 70%, provide a rationale.  State “X number of students passed the assessment out of a total of Y students, for a percentage of Z%.”  State: This meets/does not meet [choose one] the criterion for success  Attach the data you shared with your faculty (with student names/IDs redacted). NOTE: Please have raw data available in case that is requested.

Components of Use of Results  Program Goals – Use of Results Field  State who reviewed the results.  Refer to the results that were reviewed.  State actions taken in past tense. For example,  “Based on our review, we decided to…”  “Our results led us to modify our goals to…”  “We developed a new measure for this long term goal based on our review…”

Components of Results and Evaluation/ Actions for Improvement  College Goals – Results and Evaluation  Briefly state your results in a narrative format.  Include or attach the data you collected in summary form.  College Goals – Actions for Improvement  State who reviewed the results.  Refer to the results that were reviewed.  State actions taken in past tense. UF Online  Separate IPEDS  Starting with separate data reporting  Information in Compliance Assist will be copied into degree program with (UF Online) notation  Timeline for new UF Online programs: separate data reporting begins the year following the implementation of the online format.  For example: a program enters UF Online for AY15-16; first separate data report will expected for AY16-17 (due October 13, 2017)
