30 Requirements Must have a physical dated after April 15, 2016 in order to practice – Physical Night at CVHS is July 28 th from 4:30-7pm Must have a lock to get equipment FamilyID Online Athletic Registration must be completed Pay to Participate Fee - must be paid online after August 1 st & before scrimmage; form must be turned in as well in order to scrimmage Free and Reduced lunch families see the application on the district website – must be renewed annually IMPACT Testing is done by our trainer every 2 years

35 Communication In order to stay in touch we need player and parent s and phone numbers; please fill out the football questionnaire and turn it in to your coach before you leave. This is extremely important! Important announcements and information will also be posted on our football website & Twitter page:

37 Parental Involvement We want and need your involvement with a number of events: red & white BBQ, team dinners, fundraising efforts, banquet, programs, yearbook, etc. Big Red Backers group will be signing up volunteers and selling items Parents please fill out the Backers form in your folder and turn in before you leave
