PROFESSIONAL DUTIES Provide coordination regarding European Programs. More specifically:  Informing and consulting about the programs  Welcoming incoming students and organizing orientation week;  Responsible for all the paperwork  Providing problem solutions;  Providing help regarding accommodation and other practical information;  Travelling often abroad to attend job related jobs (e.g. ERACON)  Responsible for all the financial organisation of the programs;  Completing annual interim and final reports Marianna Michael Mobility Office
