A major element of the ClearTec system is the ‘Auto Stop & Go’ technology. The system automatically stops and restarts the engine when the vehicle is stationary – such as at traffic lights or in a traffic jam. The Colt ClearTec is the first of Mitsubishi’s lower CO 2 engines and is the only petrol Band B ‘Super Mini’ to have CO 2 levels lower than 120g/km. It qualifies for £35 p.a. Road Tax. ClearTec also uses other technologies such as: Low rolling resistance tyres Improved differential on the final fear ratio (higher speed for the same rpm) High efficiency alternator – recharges the battery whilst braking and accelerating Low viscosity oil

COLT CZ DR The largest and roomiest petrol car in Band B (£35 p.a. VED): It has the largest volume of any vehicle with CO 2 under 120g/km ClearTec 1.3 5dr has the largest footprint of any vehicle with CO 2 under 120g/km
