Purpose of the day To create a platform of increased individual awareness, ownership, collaboration and effectiveness at all levels, based on the unique system of Talent dynamics, in preparation for a year of growth in 2010/11 For individuals to see and own the value that they bring to their role, team and the organisation. For the entire team to understand the primary purpose of Houseworks and be able to actively and meaningfully translate that understanding into the day-to-day behaviours and decisions To create, sustain and scale an operation where collaboration and effective leveraging of value, is encouraged, rewarded and directly linked to desired results. IntentionOutcomes 1. Deeper understanding of your TD profile and the value you naturally bring to the team and the organisation 2. Be able to easier & better collaborate with and leverage the value of others 3. Participate in co-creating the team’s future 4.
