The shortlist is prepared based on local companies contracting/consulting grades, experiences, financial capacity, credibility, company size, and other criteria which our clients define and are available. Service C Visiting key managers of the finalized shortlisted local companies, representing our clients to them and submitting our clients’ offer for jointly participation in each specific tender and finally following up receiving their formal replies to our clients’ offer.
