Problem I love having a jacket to keep me warm in the winter and fall, but in the summer I hate carrying a mini fan around to keep me cool. So I thought I could make a jacket filled with cooling gel to keep you cool. It would not zip like a normal jacket. It would be like a hoodie. You would pull it over your head.
